2. How do I place an order?

• Browse our categories or use the search bar.
• Select your desired product, choose the size/color/variant, and click “Add to Cart.”
• Review your cart and proceed to checkout.
• Log in to your account or register as a new user.
• Enter your shipping address, select a payment method, and confirm your order!

3. How can I track my order?
   Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. You can also log into your Babuniya account and view the status of your order under “My Orders.”
4. What if I want to modify or cancel my order?
   You can cancel your order directly from your “My Orders” section if it hasn’t yet been processed for shipping. For modifications (like address change), please contact our customer support team immediatelyat support@babuniya.comor call us at (+91) 8375008100. We will try our best to assist you.

6. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Babuniya.com?
   Absolutely. We use advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to ensure that your payment details are completely secure and protected.
7. Why is the actual amount different from the price shown on the product page?
   The final amount includes the product price plus any applicable shipping fees and taxes (GST). Any discount applied from a coupon code will be reflected during the checkout process.
8. Are there any hidden charges?
   No! The price you see at checkout is the final amount you will pay. We are transparent about all costs, including GST and shipping fees.

9. What are your delivery timelines?
   We strive to deliver most orders within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the product’s availability. Delivery times for remote areas may be slightly longer. You will see the estimated delivery date on the product page and during checkout.
10. Do you ship all over India?
    Yes! We deliver to every pin code across India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Some very remote locations might have longer delivery times or restrictions on certain products.
11. What is your shipping policy?

• Standard shipping is free on orders above ₹799. A nominal fee is applied to orders below this value.
• Multiple items in one order may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability at our warehouse.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

D. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

12. What is your return and exchange policy?
    Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 15-day easy return and exchange policyfrom the date of delivery for most products.

• Eligibility:The product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging with tags intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.
• Non-Returnable Items:For health and safety reasons, items like innerwear, socks, diapers, feeding bottles (without seal), and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

13. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

• Log into your Babuniya account.
• Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return/exchange.
• Select the reason and submit your request.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return pick-up or exchange process.

14. How long does it take to process a refund?
    Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The credit will reflect in your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via NEFT to your bank account.

15. How do I know if a toy is safe and age-appropriate for my child?
