At Babuniya.com, we take immense pride in the quality and safety of our products. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Cancellation & Return Policy is designed to make your experience smooth and hassle-free.

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse.

  • Before Shipment:If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@babuniya.com or call us at (+91) 8375008100. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and initiate a 100% refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • After Shipment:Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you can choose to not accept the delivery or you can accept the delivery and initiate a return as per our return policy below.
  1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-Day Easy Return policy from the date of delivery for most products.

  1. Conditions for Returns
    A product must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
  • The product is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice.
  • The product is not listed under the “Non-Returnable Products” category (see section 2C).
  1. Valid Reasons for Return
  • Received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Parts or accessories are missing from the sealed box.
  • Size issue (for apparel, footwear, etc.)– provided the product is in its original condition.
  1. Non-Returnable Products
    For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
  • Baby Personal Care & Hygiene Products(e.g., nipple shields, breast pumps, teethers, pacifiers, oral care items)
  • Underwear & Innerwear(e.g., baby vests, bloomers)
  • Baby Food & Formula
  • Diapers & Wipes
  • Medical & Healthcare Products
  • Personalized or Made-to-Order Products
  • Toys marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  1. How to Initiate a Return
  2. Loginto your Babuniya.com account.
  3. Go to ‘My Orders’.
  4. Select the order and item you wish to return.
  5. Click on ‘Return Item’and select the reason for return from the dropdown menu.
  6. Submit your request.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with details about the pickup. In most cases, we will arrange a doorstep pickup for the return item at no extra cost.

3. Refund Policy

  • Mode of Refund:Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund. The amount will be credited to the original source of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, net banking, wallet). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via NEFT to your bank account. Please ensure you provide correct bank details.
  • Refund Timeline:
  • Prepaid Orders (Card, UPI, Net Banking):Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is verified.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:Refunds are processed via NEFT within 7-10 business days after the return is verified. You will receive an SMS with the transaction details.
    • Partial Refunds:For items returned without the original packaging, tags, or with missing accessories, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the applicable costs.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product. In such cases:

  • Please initiate a return request as described above and select ‘Exchange’as your preferred resolution.
  • After the return is verified, we will dispatch a brand new replacement unit for you at the earliest. The replacement is subject to product availability. If the product is out of stock, we will process a full refund.

Note: We do not offer exchanges for size or colour change. You can return the product (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order for the desired size/colour.
