1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and national holidays).
• Orders placed after 12 PM IST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order is processed and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Partners

We partner with leading and trusted logistics companies across India, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and others, to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. Please note that serviceability to some remote or PIN codes under military control might be limited. You can check serviceability for your PIN code during checkout.

4. Shipping Timelines

Our standard shipping timelines are as follows:

*Subject to product availability and order placement before cut-off time. These are estimated timelines and may be slightly impacted during festive seasons, sale events, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or public holidays.

5. Shipping Charges

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will be applicable.
• Express Shipping is available for an additional charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order in two easy ways:

• On our Website/App: Log into your Babuniya account, go to 'My Orders', and click on 'Track Order'.
• Via Tracking Link: Use the tracking number sent via SMS and email on the courier partner's website.

7. Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different seller warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery. In such cases, you may receive your items in separate packages on different days. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

8. Undeliverable Orders & Address Changes

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including PIN code, landmark, and mobile number).
• If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be initiated. A re-shipping fee may apply if you wish to receive the order again.
• To change your delivery address, please contact our customer support immediately after placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
